The market for Nutrition and Beauty products on Amazon.com was analyzed, and a priority direction was selected for creating a line of products with 0.

A brand concept for premium children's eco-cosmetics has been developed with built-in gamification and a unique system for teaching children about personal hygiene.

Conducted cust dev, compiled User Stories and JTBD, and formulated the main features for the MVP.

A prototype was designed on Figma. Feedback was collected from the potential target audience.

The unit economics (SOM, CAC, Costs, Gross Margin, monthly profit plan) were calculated, and options for creating project virality and finding the first 1000 brand fans in 1 year were proposed. Scheduled MVP, MVT and planned ToDo actions for sprints.
3. Backlog planning for additional online service products for purchasing and booking air tickets AVIATA.KZ
User Stories were formulated, and Backlog was prioritized for three sprints (according to RICE, taking into account the assessment of the team’s time resources).

Options for additional products and stages of their development are proposed.

A minimum list of questions for CustDev users was compiled, and questions and answers from the development team were predicted when discussing the backlog.
